Tickets go on sale for the Third Show of the 2017 -2018 Season, Jesus Christ Superstar, March 24, 2018.
The first musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice to be produced for the professional stage, Jesus Christ Superstar has wowed audiences for over 40 years. the rock opera, loosely based on the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, follows the last week of Jesus Christ's life. The story, told entirely through song, explores the personal relationships and struggles between Jesus, Judas, Mary Magdalene, his disciples, his followers and the Roman Empire.

2017 - 2018 SEASON SPONSORS
The Lucille Ball Little Theatre of Jamestown kicks off its 81st season with the comedy, “Send Me No Flowers” with performances on Jan. 26, 27 and 28, as well as Feb. 2, 3 and 4. The next performance, “The 39 Steps,” will take place on March 9, 10 and 11 as well as March 16, 17 and 18. “Jesus Christ Superstar” will be held on April 20, 21 and 22 as well as April 27, 28 and 29. The musical comedy “Are We There Yet” will be performed on June 1, 2, 3 and June 8, 9 and 10. The season will conclude with “Mamma Mia” with shows on Oct. 12, 13 and 14 as well as Oct. 19, 20 and 21. All performances are at 7:30PM except for Sunday performances which are at 2:00PM.
